MSO Eye Partners LLC was founded as a Texas corporation in January of 2019 for forward-thinking eye care practices to join a Management Services Organization (MSO) that would allow its member practices to participate in group purchasing and ultimately position the organization for a possible future sale to a private equity company.
Advantage Administration, Inc. (Advantage) provides management services for the MSO. Advantage is a full-service consulting company that provides process improvement services for physician practices and academic medical centers throughout the country. To date, Advantage has worked with close to 500 ophthalmology practices as well as some of the leading academic eye hospitals in the country.
MSO Eye Partners is currently offering opportunities for ophthalmology and optometry practices to join our MSO as non-equity associate members to have the benefits and resources of MSO Eye Partners without the responsibility of ownership. Associate member practices will be assessed a one-time membership fee plus a nominal monthly payment of dues. During phase two development of MSO Eye Partners, associate members will have the option to acquire ownership in MSO Eye Partners while they maintain control of their individual practice.
